Hi, I’m Flynn Soares.

I’m Indian, and I know the name isn’t exactly what you’d expect. I get that a lot.

You’ll most likely find me at TM Lewin, where I currently work as a Keyholder. I didn’t always realise it, but my interest in fashion and the energy of working in a fast-paced environment naturally led me here. Over time, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for customer experience, sales, and the impact of presentation.

Before this, I worked as a Sales Executive at GANT UK and also gained experience working as a bartender — both of which helped me build confidence, adaptability, and strong people skills. I’m comfortable working in fast-moving environments and enjoy roles where I can interact, solve problems, and create value.

I also have hands-on experience with CRM systems and Shopify, and I’m open to opportunities in e-commerce or digital-focused roles where I can apply and grow these skills further.

Alongside my professional journey, I’m currently studying Business Administration at Canterbury Christ Church University, where I’m building a deeper understanding of business, marketing, and strategy.

I’ve always been curious about how things work, not just on the surface, but in a deeper sense. How people think, how ideas come to life, and how something meaningful can be built from nothing. That curiosity has taken me across different paths, from sales and customer-facing roles to exploring creativity through music and writing.

Professionally, I enjoy environments where communication, relationships, and problem-solving actually matter. Sales has taught me a lot about human behaviour, how people make decisions, what they value, and how trust is built through genuine interaction. For me, it’s less about “selling” and more about understanding.

Creativity has always been a big part of my life as well. Music, in particular, gives me a different way to express ideas and emotions — sometimes things that are hard to put into words. I enjoy experimenting with sound, storytelling, and production, and seeing where an idea can go.

This website is my personal space on the internet. No filters, no overthinking, just a place where I share what I’m working on, what I’m learning, and the ideas that interest me. Some days it’s music, some days it’s business or creativity, and sometimes it’s just me trying to make sense of things.

I don’t have everything figured out (far from it), but I believe growth comes from staying curious, trying new things, and being open to where opportunities can lead.

If nothing else, this space is a reflection of that journey.
